After playing for the Fillies in the 2021 WFFL season Katie signed up to play in the mixed league in 2022

With a partner so heavily involved in the game it seemed only a matter of time before Katie tried her hand at Flag. Her previous sporting experience in hockey meant she already had some of the skills for playing defence.
